About the Self-Trust Module
When we think of trust we think of something that relates to others or situations. In this course we will understand how having confidence in oneself is the first step to having confidence in life in situations and toward others.
You will see confidence as the ability to leave the window open to make life surprise us.
Through practical exercises like coaching and guided meditation techniques, this course aims to awaken your inner trust.
You’ll explore moments in our personal history that have influenced our self-perception, transforming them into lessons for growth.
Together, we’ll learn how past experiences can enrich us and how self-esteem is connected to a deeper trust in our own abilities

Hi, I am Giulia Pascuzzi, founder of Shining Bees. The purpose behind the creation of Shining Bees is to let people free to live their talents to the fullest by putting them at the service of the community. By curating their individual and collective space, I think people can build a happy life to the deepest.
In my life I have lived on four continents and worked with many companies of different sizes. I loved that job because I think I was born to do that: to create work climates that focus on talent, equity and diversity that is in everyone, to achieve great economic results.
On my way to becoming a manager, I took many courses to train my hard and soft skills. I attended ESCP Business School, whose Executive Course is ranked No. 2 in the world according to the Financial Times. Today I am pursuing a PhD at IULM in Milan to understand how AI can help companies communicate effectively, avoiding boomerangs in communication.
Over the years I have taken courses in Emotional Intelligence, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Coaching and Change Management that have made me become the person I am. I am so grateful.
Now it’s time to give back. In Shining Bees you will find the techniques that let me live my life without regrets.
